In terms of logo or image, we can pretty much so anything, a silly photo, a phrase, a logo you found on canva, whatever you like as long as it fits on the tee. 

We will send you a mock up before we proceed with the order.  

This is a custom made item so please allow at least 2 weeks. 

We're using the AS Colour Classic Tee, a heavy weight 220 GSM 100% combed cotton tee. It feels great and fits unisex really well. Sizing is standard sizing and will be oversized for women.

Colours used for sublimation printing are CMYK or Pantone matched. Colours used in a digital space (i.e. computer screens and phones) are RGB or HEX type colours. While we try our hardest to match these colours, it is not possible to perfectly match CMYK to digital colours. 

Viewing colours by electronic, digital or other media is not a true representation to the final colour once sublimated. Please refer to a printed swatch or Pantone colour book for actual colour representations. 

Swatches of your print can be provided prior to full production if required. This may add additional time and cost to your custom order. 

Not sure what size you are? It's very important to us that you get in the right size. No one wins if you end up with something too big or too small. Here is a helpful size chart for you. All measurements are in centimetres (cm) or kilograms (kg) unless specified. Unisex sizing is based on men's sizing where a garment is designated as Unisex.

We strongly recommend club's get samples as items are custom made so cannot be returned or refunded if you got the wrong size. We can facilitate exchanges if we host a club room, only if the item you wish to exchange is in stock.

All the items are custom made to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on custom made items. Please ensure you check your items when you receive them and advise us of any manufacturing faults within 7 days of receiving your goods so we can address the issue. 

It's important to us that you get the right sizes for your club, so we encourage you to check the size charts, if you're still not sure, book a 15 minute size consult, or pay the sample fee to get some samples sent to you. 

Garments take 6-8 weeks to manufacture, please let us know if you have a specific date you require your goods.

Do minimum orders still apply?

Minimum orders still apply - so ensure you are placing your order with a minimum of 2 units, discounts will be automatically applied when you order 10, 20, 50 or 100 units of the same style.

How do I get my logo to you?

Once we receive your order, we will send you an email requesting logos - these will need to be in vector format (find out what that is here)

How many colours can my logo be?

We fully sublimate your garment so there is unlimited colours, design and logos for the one price.

What happens after I place my order?

Once we have your logo we will send you a Production Order to approve, this PO will be based on the information you provide above so this is important.

How long does it take to make my order?

Once we have approval, we place the order into production - lead times are 6-8 weeks from approval - and will deliver to the address you have noted as soon as your order is ready.
