The Bilby's Tri Club Pre-Order window is open until 30 November 2024.
Once the window is closed, we will start manufacturing the gear, this takes around 8 weeks. So delivery is expected around 30 January 2025.
If you have chosen the Club Bulk Delivery option at checkout, you will get free shipping and all items will be sent to the club to distribute at training sessions.

Our club rooms are set up to help ease the burden of volunteers in a club. We essentially work for the club committee and operate on their behalf.
As items are custom made to order specifically for your club, there are no refunds or returns, and exchanges will only be possible if the item you are looking to exchange is in stock.
Club rooms are usually open for pre-order for 2 weeks and once closed and the club has provided approval to proceed, we start manufacturing your goods to order. Manufacturing takes 6-8 weeks.
