Design/Logo Submission Guide
Using our customiser or working with our design team? Here's a few things can do to make the process as quick & easy as possible.
File Types
Our design team can work with most file types. However, not all files are created equal - some translate better to gear than others. Whether you're sending us a design or just your logo, here is some info to make the design process as quick as possible.
Ideal File Types
.SVG, .AI, and .EPS
Vector files. Rarely incurs a design fee
Acceptable File Types
High Quality PNG
High quality image file ( >2,000px for small logos, larger for full designs). Sometimes incurs a design fee.
Workable File Types
Low Quality JPEG / PNG
Low quality image files unable to be printed as-is. We can often redraw them, but complex logos/designs often incur a design fee.

AI Generated Artwork
AI is good at quickly turning your vision into a shareable image. However, it can't produce print-quality artwork or account for things like fabrics, paneling, and manufacturing constraints. Before sending it to us, let us know which of these applies:
A) This is a starting point and I'm just communicating my vision
Our design team will use it as a guide for what you're after and create a production-ready design for your approval.
B) I love this design and want it reproduced as closely as possible
If you love your particular AI design we can often redraw it into a production-ready design. However, this generally incurs a design fee, and won't always be an exact re-creation. For best results please submit flat images and not garment mockups as shown below.
FLAT AI IMAGE
Easier to reproduce
GARMENT AI IMAGE
Harder to reproduce
