Shipping & Free Shipping

• Flat rate domestic $15 shipping ($25 express) applies for all team shops.
• Unless noted as "in stock", all items are by pre-order — allow up to 8 weeks for manufacture on top of delivery time.
• All stock ships from our distribution centre in Warriewood, Sydney.
• All in-stock items will normally ship within the same business day if placed before our cut-off at 12:00pm AEST on business days.
• For pre-order items, once the order window is closed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the one-off production of any custom options, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.
• Wrong size or wrong fit is considered a change of mind and cannot be facilitated on custom or club purchases. Please carefully review your size prior to ordering. Size guides are available on all product pages, or contact us directly for specific sizing help.
• We strongly advise trying a Catfish Designs or LAB retail equivalent to ensure you are happy with fit and performance prior to ordering a custom item.
• Custom production does not commence until final approval, sign-off, and payment in full are all completed.
• Production can take up to 10 weeks plus shipping.

Repairs & Warranty

• For faulty, incorrectly supplied, or damaged items, return shipping will be covered by Catfish Designs.
• Catfish Designs will assess all items returned for warranty. Our decision is final. Items not deemed to be covered by warranty (abuse, misuse, wear and tear, improper care) will be returned at the customer's expense.
• Should a replacement item no longer be available, Catfish will offer an equivalent alternative or upgrade where necessary.

Refunds

• Refunds are only offered for manufacturing faults and when we cannot supply an alternative.
• No refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizes.
