Everything you need to know about ordering with Catfish Custom.
Upon placement of your order, your design gets sent straight to our design team. They'll put together a production ready file within a few days, and will be in touch if there is any questions or issues regarding artwork, placement, etc. Once your artwork is production ready, we'll send over a final purchase order for your approval. This includes a final mock of your garment, panel placement, quantities, fabric, and print method. This is basically a last check to make sure your order is correct, and that neither party stuffed anything up. Upon signature we'll place your gear into production. For sublimated items, we may do a final spot check (called a strikeoff) where we send you your design printed on a square of fabric, so you can verify colours and design is to spec. After we make your gear, we'll ship a parcel containing your gear straight to your door!
Production time depends on the type of gear ordered. Stock items with logo adds (for example, adding your logo to an ASColour hoodie) typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive from final signoff. Fully custom, sublimated gear typically takes 6-8 weeks to arrive from final signoff.
Of course! You can upload your design onto any of our gear to any product, or you can simply send us an email at hello@catfishdesigns.com.au and we will work with you to bring your design to life.
We accept all formats, however .svg, .ai, .eps, and high-quality .png files are preferred. Lower resolution images or AI creations may incur a design fee as they often require our designers to redraw the logo.
Yes, we ship internationally via DHL express. Please note due to the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, shipping fares are higher than normal.
