One-time artwork setup
$60.00 AUDCovers artwork preparation, colour separation and screen setup. Charged once per design — waived on reorders of the same artwork.
Every order is reviewed by a human before production begins. We'll email you a final purchase order to approve before anything goes to print.
* Some orders may take longer depending on complexity and volume. If you have a date you need this by, contact us and we'll let you know if it's possible.

What happens after I place my order?
Once we have your order we will send you a Production Order to approve within 24 hours. This PO will be based on the information in your order, and is one final check before we start manufacturing.
How long does it take to make my order?
Once we have approval of the PO, we place the order into production - lead times are from approval of the PO.
2-4 weeks for semi custom (tees/hoodies/hats)
6-8 weeks for full custom sublimated garments (swimwear/rashies)
Once your order is ready it will deliver to the address provided on the order.

What if I change my mind?
As orders are custom made to order, orders are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. If there is a manufacturing fault, please advise us as soon as possible so we can ensure it is rectified.
