Do minimum orders still apply?

Minimum orders still apply - so ensure you are placing your order with a minimum of 2 units, discounts will be automatically applied when you order 10, 20, 50 or 100 units of the same style.

How do I get my logo to you?

Once we receive your order, we will send you an email requesting logos - these will need to be in vector format (find out what that is here)

How many colours can my logo be?

We fully sublimate your garment so there is unlimited colours, design and logos for the one price.

What happens after I place my order?

Once we have your logo we will send you a Production Order to approve, this PO will be based on the information you provide above so this is important.

How long does it take to make my order?

Once we have approval, we place the order into production - lead times are 6-8 weeks from approval - and will deliver to the address you have noted as soon as your order is ready.
