At Catfish Designs we have developed a wide range of styles in the tri category to ensure that every member in your club is catered for. With low minimums of 2 units per style in most categories, it gives you the flexibility to offer something for everyone. Supplying uniforms to some of the largest and smallest clubs in Australia, we have developed a simple offering to suit your club.

We know you're busy as a volunteer and just want your team look great. We offer a curated range of options to make it easy for you to get uniforms for your whole team:
- Style: Choose your styles from our Triathlon collection.
- Design: Browse our Express service for a style that suits, or check out our pre-templated designs for custom sublimated options.
- Logo: Send your logo through in a Vector format
Once you've settled on a design, we just need the sizes & quantities and we will provide all the Production paperwork to approve along with the deposit.
Production is 6-8 weeks from approval and payment.

What are your lead times?
Lead times vary from 2 weeks to 8 weeks.
All custom made sublimated garments take 6-8 weeks to manufacture. NOTE: This does not include design time.
Our express service offers a quick turnaround for off the shelf apparel. This is a 1-2 week lead time (subject to availability)
All our lead times are quoted from payment and production order signed off.
Why does it take 6-8 weeks for custom made gear?
When we make custom sublimated garments for you we are literally starting from a roll of white fabric. We print, cut and sew each garment to order with a capacity for over 10,000 pieces a day. Quality control is so important to us, and every detail of your garment is carefully considered.
Every seam features a specific style of stitch to best support that particular seam, using colour matched cottons to ensure that you don't even notice it.
We will always strive to deliver ahead of schedule for you, but we will never under quote time frames as we know how important it is that you receive your gear on time, every time.
I have an event/specific date I need something for, can you still help me?
No worries, but please ensure you let us know time frames so we can work towards that time frame from day 1. We can express items but there is an express fee, but we mostly prefer to push early to ensure we hit your delivery date. If you let us know up front, we will let you know if we think it is possible.
What are your minimum orders?
Different styles attract different minimum order quantities. We do our best to provide the lowest minimums possible to allow every club or team to have access to great uniforms and merch. We have some items that have a minimum of 1 unit, others that start as low as 2 unit minimum. Many items attract a better price at 10 unit minimum or 20 unit minimum.
Breakdown of Minimums below. We have no maximums, but prices get better at 2, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500,1000.

Do you have a size guide?
Not sure what size you are? It's very important to us that you get in the right size. No one wins if you end up with something too big or too small. Here is a helpful size chart for you. All measurements are in centimetres (cm) or kilograms (kg) unless specified. Unisex sizing is based on men's sizing where a garment is designated as Unisex.

We strongly recommend club's get samples as items are custom made so cannot be returned or refunded if you got the wrong size. We can facilitate exchanges if we host a club room, only if the item you wish to exchange is in stock.

Can you please tell me more about your pricing?
Prices for our garments vary depending on a number of factors but the biggest factor is quantity ordered. The more that are ordered, the better pricing we can offer. The other main impacts on price are, use of fluro colours, requiring express delivery (under 6 weeks) and level of performance/tech you're looking at.
On our products we have advertised most common quantity price and this MOQ will be noted on the product. Please keep in mind that prices are much more expensive the fewer items you get.
Best to get in touch to request a price list for our pricing or provide a design brief so we can accurately price.
A couple of things that are a certainty:
- Set up fees - usually $120+gst
- Logo re-draw fees - if you cannot provide a vector format logo it is $60+gst to re-draw
- Delivery fees - these depend on where you are and how big the box is we're shipping to you. We use Australia Post and Startrack as the most cost effective and fast options. We will quote delivery charges with your order but keep in mind $20-50 per box depending on your location.
