Office all rounder
We’re a dynamic small family business looking for someone to join our team as an office all rounder.
Main role is to help ease the workload for other staff. Must be willing to learn and have a go at tasks.
Role Includes:
- Answer phone calls
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Assist with packing retail orders
- Assist with customers in showroom
- Assist with packing custom orders
- Organise photoshoots
- Order stock apparel items
- Liaise with printers and embroiderers
- Assist with customer purchase orders
- Assist with invoicing
- Assist with packing for events
- Maintaining office stationary and supplies
- Hold the fort when other staff out at events
- Have initiative and be a self starter
Skills
- Phone manner
- Customer service
Ability to learn and follow new processes
- Word
- Excel
Bonus if open to learning (or have basic knowledge of) illustrator, in design and photoshop
Bonus if has experience (or willing to learn) Shopify, Mailchimp or Marsello
Open to flexible hours, part time or full time.
Would suit a mum (can accomodate school hours)
Would suit an athlete (can accomodate training hours)
Must be willing to be part of the team and help where ever is needed.
