REFUNDS

Refunds on Custom and Club gear is at the descretion of the Club. Please contact the club prior to asking for a refund or exchange.
Due to the one off production of any Custom options, we can not offer a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty

Care Instructions

Catfish Designs use a number of technical and performance orientated fabrics across the Swimwear, Active Wear, Cycle and Triathlon categories. Looking after your garments correctly will ensure the maximum performance and longevity for your gear.

General

Being performance materials, they are not impervious to damage. Please avoid rough surfaces such as the stone edging of pools, concrete ledges, velcro or other such surfaces that can catch or rub on the material. Products that have been damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions will not be replaced.

Towels and Jackets

Towels (Chamois or velour) can be washed with other items and hung out to dry as per "normal" towels. Swim Jackets are treated with a waterproof coating on the outer layer and should not be machined washed. If the jacket does need to be washed, please hand wash in cold water without detergent. Any machine washing or use of detergent with reduce the performance of the waterproofing and degrade the fill inside the jacket.
